Sticking To My Plan

After a long homework session last night (ending around 1:15 am), I sat in my bed and decided to wake up today at 6:30 am no matter what (even though my first class is at 11:00 am). My plan of action was to listen to a morning relaxation podcast (helping to wake my mind up), then do some push ups/sit ups to wake up my body.

Upon waking up, I heard the sound of my alarm and felt super groggy, but I stuck with my plan, listened to my podcast, did my exercise routine, and was up at 7:00 am. I have since been uber productive, checking off a bunch of tasks I normally would have done later in the day. Since the day is just beginning, I don’t know how this productivity will later reward me, but I feel there will be time for a healthy nap in the afternoon =]
